On the northern side of West Moore Island there are many oyster covered rocks exposed as the tide goes out. Nothing can be fresher than an oyster straight off the rocks, especially when you know it was covered by the ocean an hour before!

Your host's Wendy and Peter Chester will equip you with oyster picking tools a bucket and of course your choice of fresh lemon or lime, tabasco, wasabi or a tub of Wendy's special seafood sauce. Enjoy!
